2023 Mosquito Hill Pinot Noir Bowtie

The 2023 Bowtie Pinot Noir is the first time we have bottled a non-estate wine. The fruit from this wine is from Lenswood in the Adelaide Hills. It is showing all the 'typical' Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir traits - light, fresh, juicy but has great length. This wine is light enough to be enjoyed with chicken, but has the tannin structure and length to be enjoyed with a leg of lamb or eye fillet.
