Damaged in Transit
Should you receive a product that appears to have been damaged in transit you can:

Refuse to accept delivery of the product and demand the delivery company return the product to sender. We will, within 14 days, either:
provide you with replacement product if available;
provide you with an alternate product of your choice from our range to the total value of the damaged product; or
provide you with a full refund.
If you have already accepted delivery and then notice the product has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours and we will, within 14 days, either:
provide you with replacement product if available;
provide you with an alternate product of your choice from our range to the total value of the damaged product; or
provide you with a refund to the value of the damaged product.
Incorrect Product

Should you receive a product that is different to the one you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours and we will, within 14 days, either:

pay for the return of the product and provide you with the correct product if available;
refund the difference in value if the received product is of lower value than the ordered product; or
pay for the return of the product and provide you with a full refund.
Corked

Fortunately 95% of our range is under stelvin so cannot suffer from cork taint, however should you receive a product that is corked, please contact us and do not open other bottles in the case. We will, within 14 days, either:

pay for the return of the remaining 11 bottles of the case containing the corked product and provide you with replacement product if available;
pay for the return of the remaining 11 bottles of the case containing the corked product and provide you with alternate product of your choice from our range to the total value of the case containing the corked product; or
pay for the return of the of the remaining 11 bottles of the case containing the corked product and provide you with a full refund or the case containing the corked product.
Not satisfied

If you are not satisfied with our product after opening and tasting a bottle, please contact us and, following you returning the remaining 11 bottles of the case to us at your expense, we will, within 14 days, either:

provide you with replacement product if available;
provide you with an alternate product of your choice from our range to the total value of the case returned; or
provide you with a full refund to the total value of the case returned.
