2017 Mosquito Hill Sparkling Rose

This Sparkling Rose was made from predominately Chardonnay grapes, with a small amount of Pinot Noir free run juice added for lifted strawberry and creamy notes, as well the delicate pink colour. This created our base wine and was tank fermented at our winery. Secondary fermentation took place in bottle at Lodestone Winery (winemaker Michael Sykes) where it sat on lees for 72 months.
