The 2018 Blanc de Blancs might just be our favourite over the many years we have been producing a Champagne style Blanc de Blancs. It delivers excellent weight, rounded mouthfeel and has a beautiful fine and persistent bead. This wine continues the tradition of elegant Blanc de Blancs from Mosquito Hill after spending close to 84 months years on lees, and will continue to improve for years to come.
